Experienced raider looking for a progression-focused guild | Rogue | 7 or 8 PM Pacific

I’m looking for a guild to call home in Forever. I’ve always loved getting really good at my class and working with a team to overcome challenging raid content. I’m not afraid of wiping; as long as we’re learning and making progress, I’m having a good time. My goal is to find a team that expects to clear each raid tier before the next one releases. I don’t need server firsts or several raid nights a week, but I do want to play with people who know their classes, come prepared, and make good use of our limited raid time. Just as importantly, I enjoy being part of a team that actively works to improve. Looking at logs, discussing strategies, and figuring out how to do better next time are all things I genuinely enjoy. I’d love to find people who share that enthusiasm. I appreciate a friendly atmosphere and plenty of humor, but also people who know when to focus and can work through frustrating progression nights without drama or negativity. A little about my background: I was a guild and raid leader from Firelands through the first tier of MoP, and again during Legion, where we finished 10/11 Mythic in Antorus. That taught me what makes a successful raid team, though these days I’d like to focus on being a great raider. I’m a husband and dad of three, so my gaming time is precious. I’m not looking for WoW to become a second job, but I want to make the most of the time I do spend playing. I’ll do everything I can to be raid-ready when the first raids open and contribute to a successful team. I’m currently planning on Combat Rogue, based on how the spec is shaping up. **Schedule**: 1–2 nights a week, ideally weekdays, starting around 7 PM Pacific (as late as 8 PM), for roughly 3 hours. Some weekend flexibility and occasional third-night availability. **Server**: PvE, potentially RP-PvE. If that sounds like your guild, I’d love to chat and see if we’re a good fit!
