looking for a core group

im looking for a team of players whos down to adventure all the way through. and ideally make a guild. horde or alliance i dont mind, i have a plan for both. HORDE- orc only clan type guild. rp side is focused on orc clan structure and orcish dynamics pvp would be raiding alliance zones and razing everything. (alliance on sight, up to big open world battles hopefully) ALLIANCE- druid grove type guild rp side is focused on druid dynamics and what not pvp side is focused on fighting in most zones on kalimdor and half of the eastern kingdoms
