Pepp

Started playing WoW back in original WotLK, although I was pretty young and didn’t take it too seriously at the time. Came back for Classic Vanilla and played casually before starting my own guild in TBC. By the time Wrath rolled around, we’d grown into a semi-hardcore progression guild and eventually went on to full clear ICC.

I originally mained Hunter but swapped to Prot Paladin to fill a much-needed tank role for the guild. I was both GM and raid lead throughout most of Wrath, so I have a lot of experience with raid organization, progression, mechanics, and everything that goes into running a successful raid team.

When I had the chance to play my Hunter without raid leading, I was consistently putting up 90+ parses. Unfortunately, juggling GM, raid lead, and tank responsibilities meant my personal performance often took a back seat to the guild’s progression.

Looking for a semi-hardcore guild that takes progression seriously but doesn’t forget that we’re playing a game to have fun.

I enjoy pushing myself, parsing well, and clearing content efficiently. I’d like to raid with people who have that same mindset and put effort into their characters and performance. At the same time, I’m not looking for an overly sweaty environment where one mistake gets you benched. I want a group that can perform at a high level while still joking around and having a good time.

This time around, I’m looking to take a step back from leadership and just enjoy being a raider. Running a guild and raid leading was practically a second job, and I’m hoping to find a better balance between work, life, and WoW this expansion.

I’ll still be putting in the effort to perform at a high level, come prepared, and contribute to progression. I just don’t have the same amount of free time I did when I was running my own guild.
