I aim for semi-HC. I cannot No Life it like I used to, but I still take raiding/progression/farm seriously even if I also want to have a good relaxed time about it.

I respect the time and effort my team puts in, by also putting in the time and effort. This means gaining encounter knowledge, being appropriately prepared such as with consumables and enchants and any gear attainable outside of raids and otherwise optimizing my character, spending time in game outside of raiding, reviewing logs, accepting and adopting constructive criticism, and always looking for ways to improve.

I am more on the collectivist side when it comes to the guild.
Loot is fun, but ultimately it is just a tool to do better and go farther.
I maintain a high attendance.
I am a healer. That is where my passion and experience lays. I can and will OS, however.

2005+ Classic/TBC/WoTLK: Cleared all content at a high level, particularly in TBC and WOTLK. Top US 40 guild. Resto Shaman. Heroic hardmodes in WOTLK done, as well.

Cata: Little more casual, but still in a competitive guild. Cleared cutting edge content. Holy Paladin.

Played on and off between then until Legion, where I did all content CE as a Holy Paladin.
