The Cascadia guild is built around socializing, good vibes, and steady progress without pressure. We take raiding seriously enough to be dependable and organized, but never so seriously that it stops being fun.

We're friendly, inclusive, helpful, and respectful. Cascadia should feel like a place people genuinely enjoy spending time, not just a roster of characters who show up for loot. No public shaming, harassment, or guilt trips over real-life responsibilities here. People should be able to learn, make mistakes, and improve without being made to feel bad.

Saturday and Sunday are the established raid days. We work together to progress through content comfortably. Cascadia cares about improving and accomplishing things, but not about perfect parses, or topping damage meters. We are here for leveling, dungeons, professions, alts, helping each other, and socializing. Raiding is an important commitment, but it isn't the only reason to belong.
