Started from combining the very best players from several groups. Our goal will be excellence.

We prioritize efficient clears with high standards for individual performance. We are not a speed run guild where that requires cheese. We are not strictly a parse guild where that requires cheese, boss resets, etc. We are a focused group with selective recruitment and fast paced raids. That should result in good kill and overall raid times.

Top 1% execution of our classes (including utility, no parse tunnel vision players that don't kick or dispel) without splits or extended raid schedules.

Rostering and loot council decisions heavily weigh attendance. Basic expectation is 90%+ attendance without major emergencies. Not going to be cold towards peoples' circumstances if something out of the ordinary does happen, but this isn't an environment where low attendance due to day-to-day circumstances will be acceptable. Tell your friends you're busy on Thursdays.

Everything else will fall in place if we all individually strive to be incredible at what we are doing. Why play a game if you don't want to be the best?

We will be running raids throughout the week, but Thursdays are the only day that will be considered for loot council/etc. - no favoring the guy who shows up to every off day old content raid.
