<Hostile>

Hostile is a performance focused Horde guild built around one simple idea:
We hold ourselves to a high standard, and we expect our raiders to do the same.
We aren't looking for people who just want a spot in a raid group. We're looking for players who want to push their characters, improve their performance, and kill bosses efficiently.

WHAT WE EXPECT

If you're going to raid with Hostile, we expect you to:

• Know the fights — Don't show up expecting to learn mechanics during progression. Come prepared.
• Come fully consumed — Flasks, potions, enchants, gems, and anything else your character needs to perform.
• Be on time — Invites aren't raid start. Be ready to go when it's time to pull.
• Perform on your class — Know your rotation, understand your cooldowns, and know how to maximize your character.
• Take responsibility — We expect players to recognize mistakes, learn from them, and improve.
• Come prepared to push — We're parse-focused, and individual performance matters.
• Respect the team — High standards don't mean toxic behavior. We want competitive players who can take criticism, communicate, and work together.

LOOT

Loot Council:

We utilize a loot council system to optimize our overall raid progression ensuring items properly go where they will benefit the raid as a whole the most while still being straight forward and competitive.

Raid Days: Thursday/Friday 9:00 PM EST

If you're looking for a guild where you can show up unprepared, coast through encounters, and blame everyone else when things go wrong...
Hostile probably isn't for you.
If you want to surround yourself with players who take raiding seriously, push their performance, and expect the best from themselves and their teammates .. Apply!

Please see open spots for what we’re trying to fill. We are also very interested in any guilds who want to join us and run their own 10/20 man content so we can combine for 40 man and allow raiders to shift swap
