<TECHNIQUE> - Progression, Fast Kills, Atmosphere
Weds/Thurs/Sun 7-10 PM EST
Who Are We?
We're <TECHNIQUE>, a newly formed guild for World of Warcraft: Forever looking for high-performing, like-minded giga gamers who love big numbers and low kill times. We're that group that screams over a new PR, the type that swings back really fucking hard -- post-progression status.
Anything directly impeding progression will be removed without hesitation. No kill = no ranking = nobody's having fun.
What We Doin'?
Progression first, then speed kills. Once we feel our kills to be efficient, that's when we move onto the fun cheesy strats -- including waiting on CDs prior to pulls, pre-popped buff items, rage mobs, etc. Bluntly, we don't care how good you were a year ago; how good are you now? How good will you be in six months? Consider this in unsolicited log reviews and remember these are not a reflection of you as a person, but rather an effort to improve the raid as a whole.
What Do We Want From You?
<TECHNIQUE> raiders are required to have one additional character in the same role as their main for split raids. For example, a physical DPS will play a physical DPS; a caster DPS will play a caster DPS, and so on.
This extends into a willingness to improve. No raider is perfect. You must be hungry. Let's go be the best at what we do.
Flexibility goes a long way in a guild like <TECHNIQUE>. Willingness to play what the raid needs, including conforming to consistently changing metas, is a massive plus.
Loot System
We will be using a performance-driven loot council weighed by class gain and attendance. In an effort to improve transparency, a random raider each week will be rolled randomly to be brought into the loot council; in such a role, said raider will listen to comms regarding loot distribution.
