Who we are
[NA][Alliance][PvP] The Dark Call — Seeking Founding Members
The Dark Call
Many Worlds. One Calling.
The Dark Call is a new, community-first gaming organization launching with WoW Forever, with plans to expand into other games. Right now, it's just me, and I'm looking for 1–2 like-minded founding organizers and players who want to help build something lasting from the ground up.
The vision is simple: a dependable crew of friends who enjoy gaming together, pursue meaningful progression, and always have people to play with, without turning gaming into a second job. WoW will be our anchor, but members are encouraged to enjoy other games and interests.
As a husband, father, and longtime WoW player (since 2004), I understand real-life responsibilities. We're seeking mature adults (21+), with a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere built on teamwork, reliability, respect, and flexibility. No drama, discrimination, or political arguments. We're not an RP guild, but we do believe in building a community with its own identity.
I've previously helped organize gaming communities of 20–40 active players, many of whom I still game with today. I enjoy bringing people together and creating an environment where everyone feels included.
We're starting fresh, not pretending to have multiple raid teams or an established roster. That's the opportunity: help shape a community instead of joining someone else's inner circle. Major decisions will be made collaboratively, with long-term sustainability and member input in mind.
Whether you're interested in leadership, raiding, PvP, or simply tired of playing alone, you're welcome to reach out. Let's build a crew worth logging in for.

What we offer
- Community First: A welcoming, mature 21+ gaming community built for the long term.

- PvP: Battleground groups, world PvP, and coordinated activities.
- Raid Goals: Build two 10-player teams, progressing toward 20- and 40-player raids.
- Raid Schedule: Tentatively 7–8 PM to 10–11 PM, with days determined together.
- Fair Loot: Transparent 2 Soft Reserves +1 system, not officer-controlled loot distribution.
- Balanced Progression: Follow Blizzard's content roadmap without chasing world-first rankings.
- Real-Life Flexibility: Preparation and reliability matter, but family and responsibilities come first.
- Beyond WoW: A lasting cross-game community for future releases, including November 19th.
