We have an opening for an experienced Raid Leader.
What we're looking for:
An individual with experience, that leads with patience and kindness.
Responsibilities:
-Manage roster and weekly Raid sign-ups
-Organize groups and assign roles
-Explain mechanics and call outs
Expectations:
That you will be respectful and patient, and hold others accountable to be respectful as well.
We are not a sweaty parsing guild, we don't analyze damage meters.
We don't expect perfect performance but we do assign roles and explain mechanics in order to be as successful as possible while still having fun with our team.
