We are an established Nightslayer guild building a roster on Forever capable of pushing high-level progression & speedrunning from launch onward. Our goal is not simply to clear content — we want to prepare early, optimize heavily, test new encounters, and compete throughout Forever. You should be willing to: - Maintain extremely high progression attendance - Play your primary class at a high level and continuously improve - Maintain and competently play a clone / alt when progression or roster composition requires it - Participate in PTR / Beta testing and practice encounters before live release - Stay current on theorycraft, gearing, professions, consumables, and encounter strategy - Review logs and gameplay critically - Arrive fully prepared with proper gear, enchants, consumables, addons, and assignments - Communicate absences well in advance - Take constructive criticism without ego - Compete for your raid position — a roster spot does not guarantee a progression spot - Prioritize guild progression over parses, loot, or personal recognition when required **What We're Looking For** Exceptional players of all classes/specs are encouraged to reach out. Strong Classic experience, competitive logs, SPEDrunning, PvP, PTR/Beta experience, or high-level performance in other games are all valuable. We care about performance, but also how you approach the game. Preparation, adaptability, communication, and willingness to improve matter just as much as historical parses. **The Culture** We're competitive, but the goal isn't to turn WoW into a second job.
